We get a lot of people who come here, get set up and get scanning, and don't come back often. She got a great job and is busy with that. One good way to find information here, besides just asking, is using the site: operator on Google. In a way, the price to pay for such good help is to search and read a lot, and then, as you slowly solve all your problems, to share back as willingly as you see people sharing here. I know searching through these forums can be a lot of work, but you're also seeing that people are really willing to help.
